To place a custom order at Courtney's Corner using a catalog item as a prototype:
- Place an order through our website as usual. Do not include any other items in the order besides the item you wish to customize. The price you will be quoted is probably not accurate; additional charges for customization may apply.
- Choose "Place Custom Order" as your payment method at checkout. Rather than paying through our website, you will receive a PayPal invoice by email once an estimate has been calculated for your order.
- You will receive email correspondence from a Courtney's Corner representative asking you to answer questions about your custom order.
- A Courtney's Corner designer will create something that meets your specifications and provide you with an invoice.
- Your order will be shipped after your invoice has been paid.
To place a custom order at Courtney's Corner without using a catalog item as a prototype:
- Send an email to orders@courtneyscorner.net describing your request. Please use as much detail as possible.
- You will receive email correspondence from a Courtney's Corner
representative asking you to answer questions about your custom order.
- A Courtney's Corner designer will create something that meets your specifications and provide you with an invoice.
- Your order will be shipped after your invoice has been paid.
You are under no obligation to pay for a custom order after you have received an invoice. If you do not pay within 30 days, your order will be automatically cancelled. All custom order designs are will remain the property of their respective designers, and Courtney's Corner and its designers reserve the right to use custom orders as prototypes or inspiration for merchandise to be added to our catalog selection.
Once payment has been received, custom orders cannot be cancelled, refunded, or returned. Please see our return policy for more information.
