Return Policy

All items ordered directly from our online catalog can be returned within 40 days of the original purchase. Original shipping charges will not be refunded. Return shipping costs will not be reimbursed unless the product is defective.

Custom orders and any Courtney's Corner items that were purchased on a third party website (i.e. any website besides http://courtneyscorner.net or http://courtney.enstore.com) cannot be returned. Items that were shipped directly from one of our suppliers must be returned directly to that supplier in accordance with their return policy.

All returns require the completion of a return form. The information required to complete this form can be found on the invoice. After receipt and review of your return form, a Courtney's Corner representative will contact you with further instructions. Returns which are submitted without a return form will not be processed.

Upon request, refunds can be issued as gift certificates that can be redeemed on our website. Otherwise, they will be credited to the same account and in the same form of payment used to make the original purchase.

Courtney's Corner reserves the right to make exceptions to this return policy on a case-by-case basis. Such exceptions do not represent either a waiver of this policy or a guarantee that similar exceptions will be made in the future.
